Liu Suwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Light Industry Federation and chairman of the China Bicycle Association, pointed out in his speech that Guangxi is my country's "bridgehead" connecting ASEAN countries, and Guigang is a strategic location for the electric bicycle industry. With the implementation of RCEP and the advancement of a series of national policies, economic and trade exchanges between Southeast Asia and China have become increasingly smooth. In the face of the new era, we must consolidate the foundation of international competitiveness, expand export volume, and promote industries to win with quality, efficiency, and service; in the face of new opportunities, we must actively explore the space for international external circulation, release the potential of product trade with RCEP member countries, and promote New foreign trade formats and new models such as cross-border e-commerce and market procurement trade develop in a coordinated manner; in the face of new challenges, multiple parties must work together to promote enterprise exports, strengthen platform construction, and promote enterprise information sharing. On September 9, the China Electric Vehicle Export Special Conference was held in Guigang, Guangxi, inviting domestic and foreign business (associations) and export key enterprises in the industry to focus on "Analysis of the Development Status and Trends of China's Electric Bicycle Industry" and "Guigang Electric Vehicle Industry Development and Export" "Situation", "Product Standards in the ASEAN Market", "Situation in the ASEAN Market" and other topics were shared, and representatives from some testing institutions and companies were invited to introduce their experiences, promote industry business cooperation, and jointly discuss solving export bottlenecks.
On the afternoon of the 9th, leaders of the China Bicycle Association and Gangbei District of Guigang City met with representatives of the eight ASEAN countries and had friendly and in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation in the electric vehicle industry between China and ASEAN. In addition, an electric bicycle quality technology seminar was also organized during the forum, with business leaders and technical experts from the Tianjin and Guangxi Quality Inspection Institutes, Guangxi New Energy Electric Vehicle Product Quality Inspection Center, as well as Emma, Luyuan, Tailing, Representatives from electric bicycle companies such as Oppein, Five-Star Diamond Leopard, and Fangtai attended the meeting to discuss ways to improve the quality and development of electric bicycle products and promote Guangxi's electric bicycles to go abroad with high quality.
