Spare parts
We will take pictures of the spare parts input by category before assembly and send them to the customer for confirmation.
For pre-natal samples
We will have a dedicated trial ride to test the degree of adjustment of various parts.
Pre-production Sample
Before the product goes online, we will produce samples during the production period, and feedback on the finished product and detailed pictures to the customer.
Confirm customer order details again.
Sampling test
After the product is produced, our company will have a special person to randomly inspect the bicycles, and feedback on the random inspection videos and photos to the customers.
Container
We will have special loading and unloading workers to load bicycles into containers. We have a strict working system and will not violently load and unload bicycles. We will make reasonable use of the container space to avoid waste of space.
Logistics tracking
After the bicycle is loaded on the ship, we will track the course of the ship and provide timely feedback to the customer.
After-sales service

After the customer signs, we will regularly visit the customer online to solicit the customer's evaluation of our product suggestions and services.
During the warranty period, if the frame is out of shape or the bike does not work properly even with replacement parts, we will resend a new bike.
We will provide free spare parts for any damage caused by non-human factors within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If the parts are damaged due to human factors, we can provide the paid parts according to the market price.
If the goods you receive have quality problems, or the goods are sent incorrectly or missed due to the seller's reasons, if the goods are out of stock due to missing parts in the market, we will negotiate with the customer to refund or replace other parts.
