1. Pay attention to correct posture
If you want to ride more energetically, correct riding posture is the basis. Many people are used to stretching their arms and raising their heads. However, if they ride for a while, they will suffer from shoulder soreness and neck pain, which is caused by improper riding posture. The correct riding posture is to lower your upper body and lean your head slightly forward; The arms are naturally bent and the waist is arched, which can not only reduce the center of gravity of the body, but also reduce the impact of bicycle bumps on the whole body.
2. Take the turn
1) Inclination method: that is, let the body center of gravity incline into the curve, and keep the same gradient between people and vehicles. Straighten the outside knee and apply a little force, while pushing the inside knee against the beam. This method can effectively reduce the turning pressure so as to reduce the curvature, and is more suitable for the complex road conditions of narrow roads and steep turns in mountainous areas. If the turning angle is small, this method is very helpful for acceleration. However, if the road surface is wet and slippery, the stability will be reduced due to its insufficient torsional sensitivity.
2) The handlebar method: that is, when the bicycle stands upright, the body is only tilted inward, and the handlebar is tilted inward at the same time. When the elbow of the inner arm is pulled back to the handlebar, the outer arm rotates the handlebar direction; At the same time, keep your knees buckled and keep pedaling.
3. Pay attention to learning shunting
Generally speaking, when you travel by bike, you can watch while riding. Speed is not very important, but convenience and comfort are important. Shunt according to this requirement. Seat: put the rider's armpit in the middle of the seat, and touch the axle center of the wheel disc with your hand. This is the correct seat height for the rider. It is better that the handlebars and seats are on the same level, and the height is between half an inch. Check whether the transmission is connected and whether the front and rear brakes are sensitive. You can put some leak filling fluid in the front and rear inner tubes. If there is air leakage, you should check and pull out the puncture, and make the hole face to the ground. The tape can be automatically filled with sufficient air. Another way is to put a thick canvas between the inner belt and the outer belt.
4. Be careful to equip tools
As long as you are well prepared and the car is adjusted correctly before traveling, there will be basically no problem on the road. Just in case, you should also bring some tools and parts that match the bike you choose. For example, scissors, small wooden file, multi-purpose handle, traveling air cylinder (which can be mounted on the vehicle), glue, small pieces of rubber cut and filed, one for the inside and one for the outside, for emergency.
