1. There is a noise when pedaling
The noise when pedaling is usually caused by the loose crank bolt, so we only need to tighten the bolt. If there is still noise after tightening, it is necessary to remove the crank, apply a layer of grease on the shaft core for lubrication, and then reinstall the crank.
2. Rust on flywheel
If rust is not serious, use more lubricating oil to prevent further rust. At the same time, the chain will wear off some rust during riding.
3. Abnormal noise of chain
Add chain oil or lubricant, and then wipe off the excess oil. If the chain has aged, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.
4. Crank falling off
The falling off of the crank is caused by the loosening of the screws that fix the crank. Daily riding will slightly loosen the screws that fix the crank. We need to check it regularly and fix it with a hexagon socket screwdriver.
5. Tyre binding nail
Take out the nail as soon as possible after the tire is nailed to prevent the inner tube from being punctured many times. If the number of punctured holes in the inner tube is small, you can repair it with your own tire repair tool, or replace the inner tube directly.
6. The tire patch cannot be bonded to the inner tube
The inner tube shall be roughened and cleaned. Mark the crack when it is found. Apply more glue and ensure that the crack is in the center of the patch when pasting. Allow sufficient time for the glue to dry.
