On the morning of July 27, the symposium of China Cycling Association's Young Entrepreneurs Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Youth Committee") was successfully held on the waterfront of the Haihe River. Fan Zhen, the executive deputy director of the Youth Committee, presided over the meeting.
Mr. Guo Wenyu, Vice President and Secretary General of China Cycling Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Mr. Yang Yufeng, Chairman of CYC, Mr. Fan Zhen, Executive Vice Chairman of CYC, Mr. Guo Changjun, Secretary General of CYC, Mr. Liu Yixing, Vice Secretary General of CYC, Mr. Wang Zhenmeng, as well as members of CYC from Golden Wheel, BaoDao, Lunfeng, Bafang, Kelin, JinHengTong, JingYe, Joykie, YueBo, JiuCeLu, YuanDaHui and ShuangXing participated in the meeting.
Secretary General Guo firstly introduced the economic operation of the industry in 2022 and the first half of 2023 to the members, and summarized the main work situation in 2023 and the next key work arrangement. He pointed out that in the first half of 2023, the industry's economic operation is under pressure to move forward, the industry's development stabilized, the second half of the year, the domestic and international environment is still complex and severe, uncertainty is greater, the industry should continue to tap the potential of the domestic market, expanding domestic demand to protect exports, and continue to consolidate the operation of the recovery trend, to ensure that the whole year's operation is stable and progressive.
Secretary General Guo put forward four suggestions to the young entrepreneurs: First, we should strengthen the political leadership of the Youth Committee, grasp the theme of education for young entrepreneurs; Second, we should be firm industry self-confidence, the bicycle and electric bicycle industry is a never-ending industry, is a green, low-carbon, healthy and leisure industry, is the people's livelihood just industry, the industry has a great deal to do, a great deal of work; Third, we need to strengthen the young entrepreneurs' mission and responsibility: inheritance and innovation! Thirdly, we should strengthen the mission and responsibility of young entrepreneurs: heritage and innovation, and contribute to young entrepreneurs in promoting the healthy development of the industry and realizing the goal of a strong country; Fourthly, the Youth Committee should strengthen its own construction and do a good job of service work.
At the meeting, members spoke freely, shared their views on the current situation and future development of the domestic and international industry, and expressed their views on how to speed up the pace of "going out" and find business opportunities in the uncertainties and variables of the international market; how to continuously improve themselves and learn more about the new technologies, new processes, new products and market demand; how to play an exemplary role and better realize the growth and development of enterprises; and how to play an exemplary role and better realize the development of enterprises. The members expressed that we should further bring into play the courage and energy of young entrepreneurs to be pioneers, to be upright and innovative, to accelerate the progress of the times with the pursuit of excellence, to promote the development of the industry and the society with innovative vitality, to promote the cultural inclusiveness with diversified personalities, to run side by side with the times, and to be the strivers who are not afraid of the wind and the waves.
Mr. Guo Changjun, Secretary General of the Youth Committee, informed the attending members of the key work arrangements of the Youth Committee in the second half of the year and listened to their opinions.
During the same period of the meeting, members of the Youth Committee were also invited to visit Golden Wheel Group and Haier Washing Machine Connected Factory for study and inspection, and experienced the new technologies and concepts of the production line of these two exemplary enterprises of China's manufacturing industry, and practically experienced the wave of the digital technology revolution.
After the meeting, the Youth Committee also organized the members to participate in the cycling activities along the coastal river, which fully demonstrated the vitality and style of the young entrepreneurs of China Bicycle, and fully strengthened the concept of green travel, low-carbon and environmentally friendly life. The young entrepreneurs are determined to contribute to the construction and high-quality development of the industry with fuller enthusiasm and higher morale.
